Veal Scallopini

This Ontario milk-fed veal is very tender, lean, and thinly sliced, making it the perfect start to a great dish. They cook quickly, so just dredge in a little bit of flour and toss into a hot skillet. Cook for about a minute on each side until golden brown. Deglaze the pan with some wine to make a sauce and serve with a side of vegetables.
