Norwegian Steelhead Salmon
One of our favourites! You'll fall in love with these thick, skinless, meaty salmon fillets raised in the cold waters of Norway. They taste super fresh because they're flash-frozen minutes after being caught and filleted. They're actually so fresh and clean, they're sushi-grade! Very little seasoning to enjoy these centre-cut portions that have a natural salmon flavour. Its flaky yet tender texture make them perfect for grilling, broiling or pan searing.

Fully thaw, season with salt and pepper, bake at 375F for 13 mins in a convection oven.
