These thick, hand-trimmed, premium angus beef ribeyes are some of our most juicy and flavourful steaks. Large portions are distinguished by rich marbling that runs through each cut providing a great balance with decent fat content. Comes in two thick cut sizes: 10 oz (XL) and 14 oz (XXL). 

Note: 14 oz (XXL) cuts are a custom order and may take an extra day or two to process.

How Chuck likes it

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium, then add oil and garlic. When oil is hot but not smoking, push garlic to the edge of pan and add steaks, rosemary side up. Cook steaks until a dark-brown crust forms on the bottom, about 5 minutes.
