Filet Mignon

Our filet mignon, also known as tenderloin, is one of our favourites and arguably the most tender cut of beef we have to offer. They are trimmed of all exterior fat and have even marbling to deliver a smooth texture and full flavour. Filet mignon is heart-healthy, rich with Omega 3s (up to five times the amount found in grain-fed varieties) and Vitamin A. Packaged to optimize taste and freshness, these tenderloins are aged for a minimum of 21 days. Also available as bacon-wrapped!
