We know that the concern around COVID-19 has everyone feeling uneasy and unsure about not only the next few weeks but also longer-term plans. This is why we're reaching out to you today: to let you know that we feel it too and we want to help you where we can.
Many of you have reached out to us to see if we are still delivering our products. For now, yes, we are still open and accepting orders and making deliveries. Our suppliers have indicated that production has not scaled back and that demand remains strong.
To encourage social distancing, we are asking our sales and delivery team to limit how much interaction they have with you. We are also asking our team to wash their hands regularly, practice safe hygiene, and, if necessary, wear gloves during drop-offs. If you are home to accept an online order delivery and want us to simply place it on your doorstep and notify you with a call/text/email, just mention that during your order and we can do that.
Due to the volume of orders, please be patient if there is a delay as there are deliveries being made throughout the day in different areas of the city.
