Lamb Spiducci

These addictive skewers, also called spiedini or arrosticini, are made of tender Ontario lamb cut into small square cubes. There's a decent ratio of fat to meat so that the spiducci stays juicy when cooked. They're just waiting for your favourite marinade or seasoning and a hot grill—only takes about a minute or two with one rotation. You'll probably share these with your guests, but make sure to set aside a few for yourself first!
